My background is in medicine and psychiatry with additional training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy, clinical hypnosis, mood and personality disorders research, and medical acupuncture.

I hold a Professional Diploma in Astrology from Kepler College and have completed the Quantum Mechanics for Scientists and Engineers course offered by Stanford University.

My studies on consciousness are primarily based on self-inquiry and have been informed by Eastern contemplative traditions and schools of thought such as the Diamond Approach to Self-Realization, Integral Theory, shamanistic traditions, somatic psychotherapies, and Neuropsychoanalysis.
