This Terms of Service & Consultation Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the website https://www.ferdasakman.com and all content and consultation services provided under the brand name Consciousness-Based Perspective ("CBP", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Ferda Sakman. By using this website, you agree to the provisions applicable to your use. Booking a consultation also constitutes acceptance of Part II of this agreement.
PART I: WEBSITE USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

1. Nature and Purpose of Content
Consciousness-Based Perspective presents original intellectual work, educational materials, philosophical analysis, and perspectives concerning consciousness, the self, personal development, and related subjects. This content is provided for informational, educational, philosophical, and personal-reflection purposes. No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, embed in open templates, or make the raw font files accessible for download by third parties.
Refund Policy on Digital Goods: Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products and font files are final and non-refundable upon completion of the purchase, subject to applicable law.

PART II: RE-ORIENT YOURSELF CONSULTATION TERMS
Applies to clients who book or participate in individual consultation sessions.
6. Scope and Nature of Consultation Services
Re-ORIENT yourSELF sessions are individualized consultations offered to apply the “Consciousness-Based Perspective”, an original intellectual framework developed by Ferda Sakman, to explore personal circumstances and patterns of understanding. Your astrological chart may be used with their permission to augment the process.
The consultations encompass three complementary areas:

Educational: Communicating the concepts, principles, and interpretive approach of the Consciousness-Based Perspective to support a deeper understanding of the self, consciousness, and individual life experience.

Analytical: Applying these frameworks to a client’s circumstances to examine patterns, assumptions, and interpretations.

Personal Development: Supporting self-understanding, independent reflection, and the development of new perspectives on personal circumstances.
Astrology and other symbolic frameworks may be incorporated, depending on the client’s interests and the context of the session, as tools for analysis, interpretation, and reflection.
Consultations are educational, philosophical, and self-reflective in nature. They do not constitute medical care, psychiatric or psychological treatment, legal representation, or financial advice.
7. Confidentiality and Session Information
Session discussions are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except with your consent or as required or permitted by law.
To protect privacy and intellectual property, no audio, video, or digital recording of sessions is permitted by either party without prior explicit written agreement.
8. Personal Judgment and Decision-Making

9. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
We aim to maintain flexibility for our clients to make scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation as smooth as possible.
Scheduling and Rescheduling: Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. You may reschedule your appointment through the Calendly confirmation e-mail prior to your scheduled session time, subject to calendar availability.
Client cancellations and refunds: You may cancel your session at any time through the Calendly confirmation e-mail you receive upon booking. Please contact Ferda Sakman here to request a refund, as automated cancellation through Calendly does not trigger a payment refund.
Cancellations by the provider: If a session must be cancelled by CBP, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
CBP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to limit the number of times a session may be rescheduled or to refuse further bookings where scheduling conflicts render a productive consulting relationship unlikely.
PART III: GENERAL PROVISIONS
10. General Terms
These Terms of Service apply to website use and, where relevant, to consultation bookings and services. Additional terms presented during a purchase or booking may apply to that transaction.
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
These terms do not exclude or restrict any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
11. International Clients & Currency
Digital product and consultation purchases are open to clients globally. All fees are quoted and processed in US Dollars (USD). Clients residing outside the United States acknowledge that they are engaging in an online educational consultation and are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or local currency conversion charges incurred through their payment processor or bank.
12. Governing Law & Local Compliance
These Terms and all digital products and consultations provided by Consciousness-Based Perspective are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without giving effect to any conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising from these services must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Wisconsin, USA, subject to applicable law.
International and out-of-state clients acknowledge that they are choosing to access services based in Wisconsin, USA, and are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with applicable local laws, regulations, and restrictions in their own jurisdiction.
Any applicable rights under consumer-protection laws remain unaffected by this policy.
